How long is production time?

Production is 7 - 12 business days from the date the order is paid depending on what is currently in production at the time the order is placed. The fist day of production will be the next business day after the date of the order. Business days do not count holidays and weekends so please pay attention to when you are placing your order when trying to calculate potential production times. Production times are not guaranteed, however, most orders have been performing on time and as expected.

How fast is freight/shipping?

Orders are shipped via FedEx priority ground and, depending on your destination, usually takes 2-3 business days to arrive but can go up to 8 days in very rural areas as remote destinations can take longer to get to the door. Products will be left at the door of the address provided, no signature is required. We can't set appointments or specific delivery dates. Tracking will be provided via email, to the email address used at the time of ordering, when a mattress ships. Shipping times are not guaranteed, however, most orders have been performing on time and as expected. 

Can I have an order Rush Produced and Shipped for an extra fee?

Unfortunately, there is no way to “rush order” production. These times are already exceptionally fast for “built to order” items and can’t be done any faster.

What is the perfect foundation to place under my new mattress?

You should never use a conventional box spring again. They are bad old tech for mattresses. We recommend: A: going to a mattress firm and buying a “foundation” or B: you can have 1 of 3 different versions shipped via amazon:

- This foundation sits inside your headboard and rails but is not connected (I use this on my personal bed) and available in different heights.

- This is essentially like a metal box spring (through they call it “box spring” in it’s name), but it’s a solid foundation (no springs) and available in different heights.

- This is a simple Bunkie Board Slat roll when you have a headboard, foot board and rails or a bunk, where no height on the foundation is required.

What is the return/refund policy?

Because we are custom building and selling these mattresses straight from the factory at deep discounts, once you open the vacuum seal of the mattress and unpack/unroll it, returns can ONLY be made for a manufacturer defect. Due to hygiene, safety and logistics, NO OTHER RETURNS BEYOND FACTORY DEFECT WILL BE ACCEPTED once the plastic vacuum seal on the mattress is broken.

For defective mattresses, will not have unrolled/unsealed mattress re-shipped back to the factory for defect. We will replace the original defective product with a new product and it will be up to you to dispose of the defective product. If damage is present to the mattress that is visible through the plastic wrapping when the mattress is received, please do not break the vacuum seal so we can send a call tag to pick it back up in the original packaging. Take photos of the damage and send them to mike@wyndevelopment.com for instructions on what to do. If the vacuum seal is unbroken and the mattress is still in the original packaging, any received mattress can be returned for a 20% restocking fee of the price paid, within 14 days of receipt at the PURCHASERS OWN shipping expense. 

If you order a mattress product at full retail price and forget to apply an applicable discount code, once payment is processed after 24 hours from the order time when production begins, no refunds or price adjustments will be given. So if you have a discount code PLEASE USE IT AT CHECKOUT to save yourself money. If you realize within 24 hours that you ordered at full retail, the difference can be refunded less the 4% processing fee charged to us for processing the higher amount. An email must be sent to mike@wyndevelopment.com within 24 hours of placing an order explaining the situation and asking to correct a customer order error. 

Any order can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order for a full refund less a 4% processing fee that we still get charged. After 24 hours, your order is in custom production and will be subject to a 20% restocking fee of the price you paid, even if it has not shipped yet.
